Arbor CrossFit Programs: We Are Here To Serve You

Everyone’s path at Arbor CrossFit will be slightly different depending on your current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one coaching and group classes along with a variety of specialty programs. All of our unlimited memberships entitle you to unlimited access to our group classes and our specialty classes.

Our most successful athletes have utilized a combination of personalized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.

We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate that balance through our pricing and programs.

CrossFit 101 

Designed for first-timers to learn all the foundational movements of CrossFit, learn verbiage and movement patterns. Participants will learn movement techniques as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. We focus on conditioning, building core strength, and teaching proper form and techniques.

Open Gym

An opportunity for our unlimited members to perform some independent programming, while a coach monitors the training. Need to have a solid understand of all the fundamental CrossFit movements. *Note: Open Gym hours are only available for certain membership levels. Click here for more information.


Programed within our daily workouts, our mobility exercises help move our limbs through their full range of motion, eliminating restrictions and improving our ability to obtain optimal positioning during movements.

Ladies Hour 

Ladies hour is a class designed for the women of Arbor. 


Our Weightlifting program is a supplemental program geared towards all levels of athletes who are looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting. Athletes will improve their weightlifting technique and become more efficient, which will allow them to break new personal records in their lifts.
