CrossFit Explained

Arbor CrossFit is fitness for everyone! Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, etc…) executed at high intensity. At Arbor CrossFit, you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, rings, medicine balls and tons of open space for running, squatting, jumping, climbing, and lifting – moving our body the way it is supposed to move.

Arbor CrossFit is also a lot more fun, competitive and dynamic than the typical gym setting. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend countless hours in the gym. Each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level, which means that a new athlete and a veteran athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Arbor CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
