CLASS TIMES / SCHEDULE

  • Monday – Friday, any CrossFit class after 3:15pm
  • Saturday – CrossFit 8am or 9am, Weightlifting 10am 
  • Sunday CrossFit 8am or 9am  

COST: $135 ~ (4 Week, Auto-Renewal)*

Teens CrossFit is designed for teenagers from the ages of 15 – 17.

Teens CrossFit  is tailored to assist your teenager in cultivating a more robust, healthier, and ultimately a more prosperous connection with fitness and overall well-being.

The curriculum places a significant emphasis on mastering correct body mechanics. As the teenager makes progress, the complexity of both workouts and movements increases accordingly. As your teen works on enhancing their physical strength, we also observe remarkable improvements in their character, self-confidence, leadership qualities, and integrity. These positive transformations extend to better performance in the classroom and heightened opportunities for earning a college scholarship.

Pre-Teens CrossFit

Pre-Teens CrossFit is designed for the ages of 8 – 14.

Pre – Teens CrossFit is meticulously crafted to assist your tween in forging a more robust, healthier, and increasingly prosperous rapport with fitness and well-being.

The curriculum places a strong focus on teaching proper body mechanics. As the tween advances, the complexity of exercises and movements also advances. Alongside your tween’s physical development, we witness notable improvements in their character, confidence, leadership abilities, and integrity. These positive transformations extend to enhanced performance in the classroom and even in household responsibilities.

Kids CrossFit

Kids is designed for kids ages 4 – 7 and will help them develop a lifelong love of fitness!

Kids CrossFit geared towards children aged 4 – 7, this program aims to instill a lasting passion for fitness from an early age. The curriculum comprises a diverse range of workouts, always placing a significant emphasis on enjoyment. Within this group class, designed with light weights and body movements, kids can expel energy, enhance their strength, and establish a foundation of lifelong healthy habits. Every exercise is tailored to each child’s unique abilities, fostering progress and introducing new skills along the way.

*Auto-renewal feature ensures that your membership will be automatically extended every 4 weeks. Please be aware that all memberships enrolled in auto-renewal are subject to our cancellation policy. This policy necessitates providing written notice at least 30 days prior to cancellation. It’s important to note that Arbor CrossFit does not provide partial memberships or offer refunds.
