Arbor CrossFit’s cancellation policy requires written notice of 30 days to assure cancellation of term memberships. Arbor CrossFit does not offer partial months or refunds, please contact us at memberships@crossfitarbor.com for more details or if you need to cancel your membership.
All memberships (Monthly, Quartley, Semiannual or Annually) dues are paid on the initial start date via automatic electronic payment (credit card or debit card). All auto-renewal memberships fall under our cancellation policy which requires written notice of 30 days to assure a cancellation of memberships. Arbor CrossFit does not offer partial months or refunds.
Please allow 24 office hours (M-Th 9am-5pm) to receive a response. Our administrative office is closed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. If you contact us late on Thursday or anytime Friday – Sunday we will contact you promptly that following Monday.
