First — What Is the CrossFit Open?

The CrossFit Open is a worldwide, three-week competition hosted by CrossFit, LLC. Each week, a brand-new workout is released, and athletes around the globe complete it and submit their scores online. It’s part competition, part personal challenge — and 100% community.

At Arbor, we make it fun, supportive, and unforgettable.

  • Thursday workout release
  • Friday class programming
  • Sunday throwdown

And we’ll wrap it all up with our big finale on March 15th 🎉

📝 How to Sign Up

If you want to officially participate in the Open:

  1. Head to the official CrossFit Games website
  2. Register for the Open
  3. Complete each workout
  4. Submit your score online

💡 Important: If you are registered, your score is due the Monday following the workout release. Don’t wait until the last minute!

Not registered? No problem.
You can still do every workout, join every event, and be part of the experience.
